The Challenge: To bring network and desktop management functions in-house in conjunction with the deployment of converged telecommunications services.
LTC’s Role was to conduct an operations readiness assessment to ensure the client was fully prepared to operate within the new environment.
LTC delivered a comprehensive gap and risk analysis accompanied by an action plan to address readiness deficiencies.
In addition, the LTC team mapped the end-to-end fault management processes, defined business rules and priorities, clarified organizational and vendor responsibilities and developed the implementation plan. We achieved inter-departmental buy-in for responsibilities and implementation of processes and policies, meeting the client’s requirement to eliminate the possibility of conflict, and consequential delays.
