Wireless Carrier - North America

LTC’s challenge was to support and accelerate the implementation of wireless number portability for a competitive wireless carrier in the North American market

LTC was selected to form the client’s Enterprise Program Management team for the wireless number portability (WNP) initiative. LTC assessed the impact of WNP on network elements and OSS infrastructure, and prepared the strategic OSS architecture and network upgrade plans to support the WNP mandate. We then developed business processes for number administration and order management to support pooling and porting. LTC also identified candidate OSS vendors for new ICP, SOA and LSMS components and managed the client’s vendor selection process.
