The Challenge: Establish a ‘proof of concept’ operating company to support the launch of innovative broadband wireless technology.

LTC helped our client prepare and launch a 3G wireless access service provider ‘proof of concept’ operation. LTC undertook to design the entire OSS/BSS solution, and to conduct an operations readiness assessment. We designed a full set of business policies, processes and system requirements, conducted vendor assessments, designed the OSS architecture and supported client-vendor negotiations. LTC also created the implementation plan for the entire OSS/BSS environment.

LTC’s client had previously received written quotes from leading SI firms. LTC’s aggressive approach to requirements definition and implementation management saved our client $9 million in OSS license fees and $2 million in systems integration fees.
